Recently I found two old glass slides with information
regarding the Aeronautique Club of Chicago. One slide was an illustration
of the Club Journal, so we now know such a thing existed. The
other slide was a listing of members and officers of the club, both
an important find of an organization about which almost nothing is known
outside of this website information. The members slide was photographed
in sections so it is presented here as such. Any information about this
organization would be most helpful to flesh out the history on this interesting
group of people.
Unfortunately
the slide with the membership did not show all the members, but I am thankful
for having what is there. (There is some overlap of names as they were copied
so take that into consideration)
